In collaboration with Pallium Canada’s Palliative Care ECHO Project, Hospice PEI co-hosted two virtual sessions that will increase your capacity to support the caregivers around you and strengthen the important social connections within your communities.
These sessions explored Pallium’s Care Connections Program. This free program includes a suite of resources and activities designed to support and empower those caring for their family, friends and community members.
These sessions are open to caregivers and anyone wanting to support caregivers, including health care professionals.
