Nova Scotia Health
This four-part series from the Nova Scotia Health Palliative Care Network aims to build foundational knowledge of the palliative approach to care among healthcare professionals across specialties and care settings.
When initiated early and integrated into care delivery, a palliative approach can reduce or relieve symptoms and improve quality of life among individuals with serious life-limiting illness.

Please join us to learn the core principles of the palliative approach to care, develop foundational knowledge in integrating grief informed approaches, and learn about local policy, processes and resources supporting goals of care discussions and expected deaths at home.
Who is it for?
Nova Scotia Health employees, physicians, volunteers, and members of the national ECHO® community.
