Supporting Caregivers and Their Evolving Worlds

Session was held on April 4, National Caregiver Day 2023.

Over 6 million Canadians balance work and unpaid caregiving to a family member, friend, or community member. Caregiving is a role that most are thrust into with little to no preparation or training and can come at great emotional, financial and physical cost.

This session highlights Pallium Canada’s resources and activities that support the millions of Canadian caregivers. These resources are designed to support caregivers on their caregiving journey and to help strengthen the important social connections within their communities.

This session is for caregivers and anyone wanting to support a caregiver (including health care professionals).

Pallium Canada is grateful to the Arbor Memorial Foundation for their ongoing support of the Care Connections program.
