This session on Interprofessional Rehabilitation: Engaging in a Palliative Approach to Care explores how healthcare teams can collaboratively address the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients with life-limiting conditions. Through case-based discussions and practical strategies, participants will learn to integrate rehabilitation goals within a palliative framework to enhance quality of life.
